1:1 support, group programs, skill building, and structured programs.
Yes, and we think it's one of the things that makes Poppy special. Rather than sending whoever's available, we involve you in the process and match you with a support sister based on personality, interests, and goals, so the connection feels natural. All of our support workers are female, giving girls and women a consistent, comfortable, and genuinely supportive experience.
Yes. Every member of the Poppy team is fully screened and complies with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards standards, including the necessary checks and clearances. Beyond qualifications, we choose people who are warm, empathetic, and truly passionate about supporting girls and women, because trust and safety are at the heart of everything we do.
Our services are billed in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, so there are no surprises and everything stays transparent. If you're privately funded, we'll walk you through pricing clearly before we begin, so you always know exactly what to expect.
Poppy is a female-led service built specifically for girls and women, focused on real, measurable outcomes rather than just filling hours. We care about confidence, independence, social skills, and connection, and we deliver support with passion, empathy, and professionalism. With consistent all-female support workers and a genuine sense of belonging, we're here for the whole journey, not just the appointment.
